Click {here} for this week's snapshot!

This week was Cyber Safety Week!  All of the Cyber Safety Posters looked amazing!  Mrs. Papa was so excited to have so many entries! Thank you and good job to everyone who participated!

Next week, we will start our novel study over “Be a Perfect Person in Just 3 Days” by Stephen Manes. We will focus on the first 2 chapters of this text.  During stations, will we finish our plot projects and homophone activities.  Several students took station work home today to make sure that it would be completed by its Thursday due date.  Students are also able to work on their Technology Station Flocabulary assignments from home if they want to work ahead or if they fall behind.  Students will need to go to Ready Hub http://bit.ly/2jPAU6L  to get onto Flocabulary.  At the top, students will have an assignments tab that will list the activities that have been assigned to their account.  In writing, we will wrap up our persuasive unit.  Students will create the final drafts of their persuasive piece.  We will also complete our Map Skills Unit in Social Studies.  There are optional practice links on below.

For homework, we will have our 100 minutes of at home reading assignment due on Monday, September 24.  We will not have spelling this week.  Our R-Controlled Vowels list will be due on October 5.
